Certificate renewal

Did you participate on the old NPT/EMCP portal?

If you previously completed the required training and only need to renew your certificate, do not register for training again.

Activate Your Certificate Renewal

How to activate your renewal account

Follow these four simple steps

Use the email address that was recorded during your previous NPT/EMCP registration.

1

Enter your previous email

Open the certificate renewal activation page and enter the email address you used on the old portal.

2

Verify your email

A verification code will be sent to the email address associated with your previous record.

3

Complete your profile

Confirm your details, provide the required missing information and create a password for the new portal.

4

Continue to certificate renewal

After activation, login to your certificate renewal account. When NTC opens renewal, the approved renewal fee and payment option will appear there.

Do not create a new training registration.

Old participants whose records have been migrated should use this certificate renewal activation process. Creating another training account may result in duplicate records.

If your previous record cannot be found with your old email address, contact NTC support for assistance instead of creating multiple accounts.
